The large covered terrace is an extension of the dining room and kitchen. This terrace serves as a barrier-free connection between the indoor and outdoor areas, bringing you into complete balance. On the ground floor there are three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, ensuring privacy and absolute relaxation. After a pleasant, sunny day at the pool, you can end the evening in a modern, typical wine cellar and enjoy the excellent Istrian wines. You can spend a restful night in a comfortably furnished master bedroom on the first floor. You sleep in a large king-size bed (200x200cm). The master bedroom has a luxurious bathroom (2 sinks, shower, bathtub, bidet) and a covered balcony with a view of the pool and the large garden with olive trees. If required, additional sleeping spaces are available on the first floor in a gallery with a separate bathroom and a staircase that leads to the roof terrace. From the roof terrace you can enjoy the sunsets over the Adriatic. For our little guests we offer a playful house with many nooks and crannies that can be explored again and again. The large common areas in the living room and on the numerous terraces invite all residents to spend time together playing games and other activities. We offer table football, table tennis, badminton, swings and shared bicycle rides. We prefer to rent to families and guests who appreciate the luxurious furnishings and the quiet location of our villa.
